Sport North East Magazine launches with 2019 promising to be an exciting year of sport for the region. In our first issue we feature both Durham CCC and Newcastle Falcons who are both targeting a successful year.
For Newcastle Falcons, their first task is to ensure they avoid relegation from the premiership and sticking to rugby, we also look at one of the standout community club’s in the area, Consett RC.
It has been a busy off-season for Durham CCC with the club enjoying a rebrand as well as some major personnel additions. Marketing Director David Jackson brings us up to date with what has been happening at the club.
In our first issue we also feature the Northumberland FA as well as football clubs including Redcar Athletic, Horden CW and Spennymoor Town. Ashbrooke Sports Club, Boldon Lawn Tennis and the Tyne Tees Tigers also add to the variation within the magazine. We hope you enjoy it!
